The illustrations in this section have been created using several primary techniques:
1. Hand-drawn, one dot at a time (Pointillism) with an extremely fine-point Rapidograph technical pen;
2. Painted with traditional brush or airbrush and acrylic paints; or
3. Electronically illustrated, using a Macintosh and Photoshop software.
A number of examples mix all the above techniques.
On rare occasion, nontraditional tools such as magic markers have been used for finished projects.
